Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates:
- Ontario (Local Shipping): For all orders within Ontario and Quebec, we offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping.
- Other Provinces: Shipping rates to most other provinces (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia) will be offered at a flat rate of $15.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times will vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
